Arduino Luke Weston Pebble Shield Description
A multi-purpose shield designed for classroom use and for quick prototyping of a wide variety of projects. Provides a significant prototyping area for custom projects, and a number of optional sub-systems that can be included or excluded as required:
20×4 LCD.
XBee module.
Button inputs.
Analog inputs.
Temperature sensor (DS18B20 on 1-wire bus)
Light sensor.
2 x relay outputs.
Arduino Luke Weston Pebble Shield Pins Note:
A0: Light sensor
A1: Potentiometer input
A2: Buttons (resistor ladder)
D0: ZigBee RX (only if ZigBee fitted)
D1: ZigBee TX (only if ZigBee fitted)
D2: LCD (via shift register)
D3: LCD (via shift register)
D4: LCD (via shift register)
D5: DS18B20 temperature sensor (1-wire bus)
D6: Relay output
D7: Relay output
D0 and D1 are used for communication via ZigBee if it is fitted. The ZigBee module must be removed to upload new sketches.
